The Bonsai Project: 2 Breweries, 2 Beers, OH MI!

Ohio vs. Michigan…it’s an age old story. But, what happens when two incredible craft breweries – Short’s of Bellaire, MI and Cincy Ohio’s own Mad Tree – get together for a few gin & tonics?! The Bonsai Project (get it? short…trees, ahem), of course! Two separate brews designed to be layered together to create one gin & tonic-y beer! We could not miss out on this one, it makes too much sense! So join us as we welcome Short’s Brewing and Mad Tree Brewery to Speak of the Devil to introduce and unveil this way cool collaboration! (rumor has it there will even be a magic “Prize Wheel” on the SOTD stage for y’all to spin for some free swag!)
